So, are you considering trusting me with your team's LinkedIn success? That would be a smart move. I'm Pauline Joseph, and I've been living on LinkedIn for a whopping 15 years—that's ancient in internet years! I'm talking beta-user status, getting paid for feedback (yes, they actually paid me!), and even having LinkedIn's CEO give a thumbs-up to my questionable early video attempts (First LinkedIn Video—don't judge too harshly).

I've drunk the LinkedIn Kool-Aid and practically bathed in it for a decade and a half. Five years ago, I built my agency (AC Marketing Caribbean Portfolio) from the ground up, fueled by LinkedIn connections and a healthy dose of self-deprecating humour (which you'll soon experience firsthand). And I've watched LinkedIn explode – when I started, there were barely 100,000 users in Trinidad & Tobago; now, it's over 300,000! That's growth you can't ignore.

My LinkedIn profile is my resume and video library, a testament to my long-term commitment (seriously, 15 years!). I've even got video evidence of landing clients (Video That Got a Long-Term Client) because I practice what I preach. Remember Bookmark Tuesday? Yeah, that was me trying to be helpful during COVID.

But seriously, I've also worked with some fantastic clients, including hosting a live stream with a LinkedIn B2B Institute Director and helping another client launch a LinkedIn Live show that's now on national TV. Check it out here.
My experience spans various sectors, but I have a particular soft spot (and proven track record) for the tech and finance industries (yes, I'm a former Microsoftie – see my resume if you need more geek cred!).​
My teaching style is built on cold, hard data. As a small business owner myself, I get the need for ROI. The alternative to LinkedIn is cold calling, and let's be honest, nobody wants to do that. I'll show your team how to leverage content and LinkedIn's reach to connect with many instead of one.
Did I mention that my LinkedIn network mainly comprises C-suite executives? And that a Fortune 500 tech company actually asked me to be a LinkedIn influencer for their brand? Yeah, it's like that.
