Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At AC Marketing Caribbean, we are committed to delivering exceptional live stream management services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties. 

 

2. Notice of Cancellation
​
  • 30-Day Notice Requirement: 
    Clients must provide a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice to cancel any ongoing service or subscription. 

  • Notices must be sent via email to info@acmarketingcaribbean or through your client portal. 

 

3. Refunds 

​

  • Eligibility: 
    Refunds are only available if the cancellation notice is provided at least 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle. 

  • Deductions: 
    Any fees or expenses incurred by AC Marketing Caribbean on behalf of the client (including, but not limited to, software subscriptions, third-party services, or production costs paid upfront) will be deducted from the refundable amount. 

  • Processing Fees: 
    All transaction or processing fees associated with refunds will be the sole responsibility of the client and will be deducted from the refund amount. 

  • Non-Refundable Services: 
    Services that have already been rendered, partially completed, or scheduled within the 30-day notice period are non-refundable. 

 

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within fourteen (14) business days after confirmation of the final refundable amount. 

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

 

5. Exceptions

 

  • AC Marketing Caribbean reserves the right to refuse a refund if the terms of this policy are not met or if there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or violation of service terms. 

 

6. Legal Compliance

This policy is governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, including the Consumer Protection and Safety Act and any other applicable regulations.
